Franz & Virginia Bader Fund Grants for Artists 2009 Deadline September 15, 2009 : (postmark) The Franz and Virginia Bader Fund invites visual artists (excluding filmmakers, video artists, and performance artists) to apply for grants. Artists must be 40 years or older and must live within 150 miles of Washington, DC (Philadelphia is 125). Three grants totaling $50,000 were awarded in 2008.
