Bambi Gallery is pleased to announce

its second open call for the "Bambi Biennial".

 

The 2007 Biennial was a big success...

receiving over 100 artists' submissions with 17 chosen.  

All artists, from anywhere on the globe,

are encouraged to submit their work to be featured

 in our hip, new gallery space at The Piazza at Schmidt's,

 located in the Northern Liberties section of Philadelphia!

Guest jurors will be Roberta Fallon and Libby Rosof, the owners and creative minds behind Philly's renownedArtblog (http://theartblog.org/) and recent recipients of the Knight Foundation grant!

• Artist statement and resumé (resume not necessary but nice touch).
• CD containing 5-15 images in high quality jpeg format or DVD's for video pieces.
• $25 check made payable to Bambi Gallery.
• Submissions must be postmarked or hand delivered by April 30th 2010.
• If desired, you are also more than welcome to include reviews, announcements, and other written materials that discuss your work and provide a good representation of you. 
• We would also like to keep your CDs on file for consideration of futures shows with Bambi Gallery. If you would like your info returned, please send S.A.S.E.
• Special rate for students: Include statement, 3-5 hi res jpegs, a copy of your valid student ID and a check for $10.
• Once again, these submissions are for the Bambi Biennial to be held the first Friday of July 2010.
